Happy Moose CBD offers free shipping on all orders. Shipping is primarily though the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders typically ship the same day if they are placed before 11a Pacific Time (2p ET), Monday through Friday.

Standard shipment transit times are typically between 2-5 business days, depending on location and time of year. Transit times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.

Yes, we do offer priority shipping during checkout. To upgrade your shipping to priority shipping, select priority shipping which will add a flat rate fee of $5 to your order. Priority shipping typically arrives 1-2 days faster than standard shipping. 

Yes, Happy Moose CBD can ship to APO and FPO military bases located on U.S. territories using the USPS priority shipping option during checkout. This adds a flat rate fee of $5 to your order regardless or order size

Happy Moose CBD will email you a shipment tracking number once your order has been processed. Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided during the checkout process.

This is incredibly rare, but it things can get lost in the mail. If you believe your package is lost, please first check around your property to ensure the delivery person did not leave it in an unexpected place. Also check with your neighbors to see if anyone received your package in error. Returns & Exchanges

Happy Moose CBD offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, reach out to our customer service and we’ll make it right. If your product needs to be returned, we’ll provide a shipping label. All refunds and exchanges are subject to review and provided at the sole discretion of Happy Moose CBD.

You have 30 days from the original date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

Yes. If you ordered the wrong product, received a damaged product, or simply changed your mind, we will gladly ship you a replacement product of equal value.

Simply contact our team at and let them know what product(s) you want to exchange. 

You will be required to send back the product(s) and we will ship your exchange free of charge once we receive your returned product(s) 

Yes, you can request a full or partial refund on any order within 30 days of the original purchase date. Simply contact our team at and let them know what product(s) you are not completely satisfied with. 

At our discretion, Happy Moose CBD may require you to return any used or unused product(s) before issuing an exchange or refund. After returned product(s) have been received by Happy Moose CBD, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Your refund will be processed through your original payment method. Depending on your bank or the form of payment used, this may take up to 3 – 5 business days, after your refund has been processed. This timeframe does not include federal holidays or weekends where most banks are typically closed for business.
